You can set up devices and apps to send email through Google Workspace.

If you use printers or other applications to generate emails (for example, when scanning), you can use the following configurations:

Option 1: SMTP relay (recommended)

Option 2: Gmail SMTP server

Option 3: Restricted Gmail SMTP server

1) I WANT TO SEND EMAILS INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY

- In this case, we recommend setting up Gmail SMTP Relay in the admin console to send email from devices or apps

- other option, if you want to send email to anyone inside or outside of your organization, is using smtp.gmail.com as your SMTP server (option 2)

3) I WANT TO SEND EMAILS to GMAIL AND GOOGLE WORKSPACE USERS ONLY

Sender address: your.name@yourdomain.com

SMTP server: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

SMTP port: 25

Note: The sender address must be set correctly, otherwise the emails will not be delivered.

This option doesn't require authentication.
