How to delete a user

Note: Select another user to transfer data of user you are going to delete

Do you need to delete a user? Let us show you how. 

First and foremost, you need to know what kind of subscription you have (flexible/ yearly plan).

FLEXIBLE PLAN

If you have a flexible plan, go to the Admin Console, log in with your admin username and password and go to “users”.

- Find the user you want to delete and click on the three dots on the right side.

- Choose "Delete user".

- Decide if you want to transfer the user data to someone else. 

And that’s it!

YEARLY PLAN

If you have a yearly plan, you can delete users as shown above as well. The number of licences you have will not be influenced by this change. You can still add as many users as you have licences. With a yearly plan, it is not possible to reduce the number of licences. However, it is possible to add additional licences at any time.
