Do you need to redirect your emails to another address and don't know how? For example, you can route mail to Gmail and to an external server, or set different rules depending on your organizational unit. We will show you how to do this in several ways.

We recommend that you manage the destination addresses of users' emails using the so-called recipient address mapping. You can also create a list of addresses and exclude specific users from the routing rules.

You can use one of the following options:

- Follow the instructions in Apply aliases to recipient addresses to map destination mail addresses.

- To route mail using a list of addresses, follow the steps in Setting up routing for your domain or organization.

- To forward a user's email to a different Google Workspace address, ask the user to set up a forwarding address.

- To delete existing email routing settings in the user's profile, delete the routing settings.
