WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
If you are on a Flexible plan
You are able to increase number of licenses (users) in our customer portal settings.
- Use administrator account to login.
- Click the button Add user.
- note: State the payment method to display the button.
After increasing, you can continue creating users (e-mail addresses) in the administration console.
In case of flexible tariff, number of accounts set to your license is limited. If you reach this limit, feel free to contact us to increase the maximum number for you. Send us request to increase the number via our portal .
If you are on a Annual plan
- You need to add an extra license in our customer portal MyServices first.
- Log in with our admin account
- Go to: Services > choose your Google Workspace subscription: Edit > add more Accounts
- note: you can only perform this if you added your payment details first
- after this step, you can continue to your admin console and follow the same steps as described above (Flexible plan section)
