- Administrator account credentials (received by e-mail registration).
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
You are able to increase number of licenses (users) in our customer portal settings.
- Use administrator account to login.
- Click the button Add user.
- note: State the payment method to display the button.
After increasing, you can continue creating users (e-mail addresses) in the administration console.
In case of flexible tariff, number of accounts set to your license is limited. If you reach it, feel free to contact us to increase the maximum number for you. Send us request to increase the number via our portal that is to be found here.
