By using Gmail Signatures addon in your MyServices account, you can quickly and easily create a "central" company signature in Gmail for all colleagues. No more lengthy signature creation for everyone individually - create a central signature in one template for everyone in your company. The personalized data (f.e. full name, position, then upload itself from the Google Admin Console. You can use one of the preset templates or you can code a custom template using the HTML editor.
