Google Cloud Billing Account Permissions:  Billing Administrator

 

Note: Only clients with a billing account under Revolgy can add users in the GCP billing acount via MyServices


How to add an user in GCP billing account:

1. Select GCP in the left panel

2. Click on Accounts on a GCP Billing Account you want to change permissions

3. Now you can add an User, Service Account, Groups and choose a concrete role as billing.admin, billing.user, billing.viewer
