It can happen customer will reach out with something Youtube related. While there is nothing much we can do regarding Youtube itself (youtube has it’s own support), we can at least try to guide them into the right direction.

This page has a lot of valuable information that could help user solve his issue, but in case he has something really specific, and needs a “live” (people) support, he will not be able to get it here. At this moment there is no link on this page that will put you in direct communication with someone from Youtube Support.

In case none of the above helps try raising ticket to https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/cases explain the situation and ask for guidance ( Youtube is out of their scope but they might be able to at least advise who to contact and how).
