In some cases your credit card payment may be rejected.
If we are unable to automatically charge you from the credit card and the transaction is rejected, we will by all means inform you about it (you can expect our call or email message).
WHAT TO DO?
To avoid suspending of your services, you should resolve the situation within 30 days from the date when the card payment was rejected the latest.
We believe that we can resolve any such situation together.
The most common reasons why the transaction didn’t pass through correctly include:
- the rejection of the transaction by the bank - please verify if you have activated internet payments
- the rejection of the transaction due to expiration of your credit card
