WHEN CAN  I EXPECT MY INVOICE?

  • In case of monthly billed services you should always receive an invoice by 15th day of the following month.
  • For the annual plan with the annual payment you will receive an invoice by the 15th day of the following month when you activated the service (you have the anniversary date).

eg.: if you order the services on 4th September, you will receive the invoice until 15th October.


You can also find your invoices in the customer portal MyServices > Invoices .


DID YOU NOT YOU RECEIVE ANY INVOICE?

  • If you don't receive the invoice until 15th day of the following month, please create a support request in MyServices and we will help you solve the issue.
