There are many different reasons why you might be experiencing problems with your email. In order to diagnose the issue accurately, we might ask you to provide us with the so-called email header. How do you find it?

Open the email you are experiencing issues with and on the right side you will see these options:

Click on the three dots icon and then on “Show original”

You will see a page with a lot of information. All you need to do is to download it as a text file (.txt) by clicking on “Download original” and send it to us. This will provide us with all the information we need to fix the problem.
